I do not know how many women live in the United States, currently with a mastectomy, but more than 500,000 people have been castrated for prostate cancer. It spreads rapidly in both testes. This is one of those quiet little secret is not spoken.
Although testicular cancer is not as damaging to the testicles, although it is in the truest sense of testicular cancer much more harmful to the brain and lungs. In addition, the mortality rate for prostate cancer is slightly higher than breast cancer.
